- We will tailor our Agreement to your business because one size does NOT fit all! Some organizations prefer a higher fixed price, which offers limited future exposure. Others choose a lesser fixed price, with parts billable as needed. Still others commit to a retainer type agreement, in which a quarterly amount assures timely response at fixed labor rates.
- We can help you translate the “telephonese” in proposals or contracts. We can evaluate if your dial tone or equipment vendor is consistently hitting the contracted service benchmarks. We will provide 3rd party review of the same proposals or contracts; and we have the expertise to assist you in the bid or RFP process.
